Real Estate Photography Price Estimator
Answer three short questions to see a planning estimate and a recommended media package.
What drives the cost of real estate photography in Tucson
Square footage is the main lever. A larger home has more rooms, more angles worth covering and more time on site, so base photography scales in bands rather than per photo — from $185 for a home up to 2,000 sq ft to $425 for anything above 5,000. Vacant land is priced separately at $165, since there are no interiors to cover.
Add-ons are priced individually and only when a listing needs them: drone photos ($150), twilight photos ($125), walkthrough video ($175), zillow 3d tour ($150), floor plan ($40). Twilight is the one that surprises people — it is a second visit at a fixed time of day, which is why it costs more than a handful of extra frames.
Travel is the last factor. Listings in the Tucson metro carry no trip charge; areas further out add a flat fee by zone rather than a per-mile rate, so the number is known before anyone drives anywhere.
What you get back
Each band includes a range of edited images — roughly 25–30 for a smaller home and 45–60 for a large one. The range matters more than a fixed number: a three-bedroom ranch and a three-bedroom home with a pool, casita and mountain views do not need the same coverage.
The estimator returns a planning figure, not a quote. It knows the square footage, the city and the add-ons you picked, and nothing about the property's condition, access or scheduling — all of which can move a real number.
Common questions
- How much does real estate photography cost in Tucson?
- Base photography runs from $185 for a home up to 2,000 sq ft to $425 for a home over 5,000 sq ft. Add-ons such as drone, twilight or a Zillow 3D tour are priced separately, and outlying areas add a flat trip charge.
- Do you charge for travel outside Tucson?
- Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana and Catalina Foothills carry no trip charge. Beyond that the fee is flat by zone — $25, $50, $100 — rather than per mile, so it is predictable.
- How many photos will I get?
- Between 25–30 for a smaller home and 45–60 for a large one. The estimator shows the range for the size you enter.
- Is the estimate a quote?
- No. It is a planning figure based on what you enter. Property condition, access and any special requirements can change an actual quote, which is why the tool offers to pass your details along for a real one.
- Can I get a 3D tour?
- Yes — a Zillow 3D tour, which is an interactive walkthrough buyers can navigate from the listing. It is offered as an add-on in the estimator alongside drone, twilight, video and floor plans.
